NIMONOMY
1. Introduction: Nimses Nimonomy
Nimonomy is:
- A set of fundamental rules of circulation for the Nimses economy.
- A description and definition of all the basic concepts and laws of Nimses and how they interact.
- A description of how the Nimses economy interacts with the existing crypto and fiat economies of the world.
- An outline of a planetary economy that combines all forms of socio-economic activity in offline and online spaces united by a single Element of Value: the Nim.
- An exposition of society’s newest anthropological reality, where the time a human has lived is the only absolute capital.
- A description of human reality and activity in the form of the integration of the monetary information space of Nimses and the existing Anthroposphere.
Nimses is a global platform created to address the challenges that modern civilisations and economies are facing on a massive, meta-technological level.
As a technological and intellectual revolution evolves before our eyes, Nimses is emerging as a means of comprehending and integrating the chaotic previous generations of the Anthroposphere into a tightly connected network: a global society interlinked like neurons in the brain.
The current socioeconomic situation could be seen like a world expecting a Great Flood, in search of a new Ark. The cumulative genetic heritage of the previous evolutionary states of being was determined by the life codes of "survivors": the defining features of these codes were often selfishness and a tendency towards mutual exploitation.
Society’s current consciousness and the state of its economy enables a significant leap towards a new, completely global state, in which the fundamental connecting element is the Value of Life.
Within human collective consciousness, Nimses establishes a fundamental economic unit based on the intrinsic Value of Human Life’s Time. The Nim.
A nim is a digital asset guaranteed by the measurable time of a human lifetime, destined to become an absolute standard of value.
Nimonomy defines the life cycle of Nimses as a socio-economic space with determined rules and self-regulating laws.
(1) The goal of Nimses is to provide society with an absolute capital and to lead it to its future global state: a future unified, benevolent human economy. Help to create an evolutionary leap towards mutual universal acceptance and unprecedented form of unity.
The basic anthropological theory is presented in <Singular Determination>.
Nimses introduces the new higher abstract concepts of the nim, dominim, infinim, Temple and Treasury. Utilizing these fundamental concepts, Nimses has implemented a flow of basic economic ‘peer-to-peer’ transactions based on the principles of transparency, honesty, simplicity and convenience.
This space of mutual exchange operates on a deep mathematical level, addressing the tasks people have faced in the newest version of the online "reality".
The Nimses economic space exists to bring the existing economies to a common denominator, not to replace them. It enables the conflict-free satisfaction of all parties’ interests on both an individual and global scale, an act technologically impossible prior to this moment.
Nimses brings together all the existing offline economies, and newer online economic structures, thus creating a new hybrid dimension for finding new, more efficient economic solutions.
Nimses is a supply environment for living people, equally accessible for all. Nimses turns the capital of people’s lives into benefits for its users whilst at the same time obliging them to follow a set of strict, compulsory, yet clear rules.
These rules are set out below and guarantee Equal Access of all Nimses citizens to the fundamental values of the Anthroposphere: life, freedom of choice, the right to self-identity, justice, prosperity and happiness.
Nimses takes into account and respects the interests and ambitions of the systems and administrative structures that existed before it, which allowed society to survive and evolve to its current state.
(2) The objective of Nimses is to provide states, organizations, businesses and individuals with a single, global, deterministic system of mutual exchange based on absolute capital.
Nimses constructs an environment where humans can organize themselves into social entities of any complexity. This environment includes the fundamental protection of the rights to a decent life, freedom and sovereignty in accordance with a single set of rules for all participants.
(3) Nimses is designed to synchronize the diverse economic phenomena of both the offline and online spaces of the Anthroposphere and to do so with the interests of people at heart.
This approach also predetermines Nimses’ anti-anarchic nature. A nature which prefers a cooperative relationship with all the existing economic systems of the former world, so long as they are constructively orientated.
(4) In a broad sense, Nimses is a global economic superstructure that is moving humanity towards a neo-anthropological unity. However, in a functional sense, Nimses is a monolith system consisting of the following logical components:
- The Global Treasury of Human Lifetime — Nimses Core
- A universal social identifier/profile/wallet — Nimses ID
- An operational system of mobile transactions — Nimses App
- An auditable data register of transactions history, uniform for all — Nimses Blockchain
- A global geo-administrative matrix of civil communities — Nimses Temples
- Social Media Communication Network — Nimses Social Network
- A global space of geo-referenced digitized events — Nimses Stream
- A socio-algorithmic monitoring system guaranteeing user accountability and product quality — Nimses Court
- Nimses Goods is a platform for Nimses users and merchants to communicate.
- A system of marketing based on mutual benefit — Nimses Ads
- Nimses’ collective mind, generating a programming and cultural code — Nimses Foundation
Nimses can be thought of as a planetary framework upholding the creation and existence of nims. A nim is a digital unit that is equivalent to one lived minute of a person's life.
Every human has the right to nims. Every human has the right to one <Nimses ID>, generating one nim every minute they live.
It must be highlighted that this document only aims to outline the current proportions and rules of the Nimses economy, which, like Nimses itself, are subject to continuous collective improvement.
2. The entities of Nimses
2.1 Nimses ID
A Nimses ID is a unique addressable object in the Nimses space.
A Nimses ID is always attached to a specific living person. Nimses ID provides <Emission> in the interests of its owner/procreator.
Each person can have only one Nimses ID.
The only producers of nims are Nimses IDs that belong to real, unique people with verified <Human> identity, or those in the process of <Verification>.
Each Nimses ID has a private crypto key, which is used to sign each outgoing <Transaction>.
2.2 Nim
A nim is a digitized version of a unique lived minute in the life of a specific human. At any given moment in time, every nim in the system belongs to a single identifiable owner, to one <Nimses ID>.
A nim can change an owner only if its current owner initiates the transaction or in cases outlined in a uniform codex of basic laws, equally applicable to each and every Nimses user.
Nim expresses the universal absolute form of value. It is the form of the existence of a viable capital/asset.
The quantity of nims is strictly dependent on the population of the planet, that is, with the number of owners of Nimses IDs. They are absolutely deterministic and finite throughout their existence.
The history of changes in any nim balance is available for external monitoring and permanent audit. The authenticity of the history of all transactions is mathematically proven and is set forth in <Nimses White Paper>.
All the nims of one person, as well as the nims of the entire Anthroposphere, make up a universal natural resource produced by human life on Earth.
Nimses is an infrastructural formation that sustains mankind’s creation, storage and use of nims. Nimses guarantees a single, definitive record of all nim <Transactions>. Nimses is a space where digital value evolves to its absolute form, expressed mathematically through a nim.
Each person's nims are emitted to their own individual balance/wallet, strictly matched to their unique Nimses ID obtained at <Registration>.
2.3 Nimses Treasury
The global economic space of Nimses is based on the fundamental theory of nim <Emission>. The emission principle in Nimses protects Human Life as the foundation upon which an unconditional value can emerge.
The nim emission in its mechanics combines properties of the internal logic of both centralized fiat and decentralized cryptocurrency economies.
In order to sustain and govern its technical, social and logical subsystems, Nimses has established a set of system accounts called the Nimses Treasury.
The Nimses Treasury is designed to implement a regulatory policy throughout Nimses and to ensure the sustainability of the system as a whole.
The existence of the Nimses Treasury makes it possible to develop and maintain, at a stable fundamental level, an integral, planetary economic space that allows for the merging of traditional state-centred economies with virtual economies of digital space into a single supply environment for a global society.
The Nimses Treasury accounts do not emit nims. The Nimses Treasury is the central nucleus of Nimses, only accepting transactions from participants of the system who keep in line with the rules. At the time of its creation, an account of the Nimses Treasury is empty. As time passes it begins to operate exclusively with nims obtained from the participants of the Anthroposphere.
2.4 Dominim / infinim
The entire stream of nims in the <Nimses Treasury> is split into two parts:
1) Nimses keeps 20% of all nims at its disposal in order to implement any regulatory policies and maintain the global reliability of the system and its continuous development.
2) 80% of all nims are automatically converted into dominims / infinims which represent "ingots" made up of 525,960 and 63,115,200 nims respectively.
Dominim is a higher unit of value in Nimses, equal to one year of human life.
Infinim is a supreme unit of value in Nimses symbolizing the theoretical duration of one human life — 120 years.
Both dominim and infinim are the supreme units of value. Both entail different unique benefits and possibilities for someone who owns them.
The entire legacy of mankind in the Nimses space-time is passed on to future generations in the form of infinims. The Infinims of mankind will always exist.
The possession of a dominim or an infinim is a clear sign/mark/social symbol of ‘Wealth’, ‘Privilege’ and ‘Prestige’.
Nimses Treasury creates dominims and infinims automatically. As soon as the number of nims in the incoming stream exceeds 63,115,200, the Nimses Treasury assembles a new dominim or an infinim.
The Nimses Foundation guarantees that Nimses continues functioning and developing as a stable, global environment. One of the most important aspects of Nimonomy is <Recirculation>, which will be explained once <Infinims> begin their circulation.
2.5 Temple
The Temple is a single, delineated section of the Earth's surface. The Temple is a basic element of a unified info-administrative division of the planet.
The Temple is designed to structure and organize the global human media/information sphere, absorbing and recording all traces of human activity.
The Temple contains a unique picture of reality, formed exclusively by the people active within it.
The entire surface of the planet is divided into Temples: fixed sections of Earth with clearly defined, unchangeable geographical coordinates. The total number of Temples on the planet is 538,560.
Functionally, the Temple is a repository of information about people in a given area. It contains the event stream in the form of an aggregated media history of the Temple community. This entails a range of data addressing the virtual communication landscape including geo-located markers on the Temple map, that have been created or commented on by participants.
2.6 Temple Bank
Each <Temple> has its own system account: the <Temple Bank>. This account is an essential element of the global circulation of nims. It accumulates a part of the daily <Contribution> and media creation fees from each <Citizen> and visitor of the current Temple.
The totality of all Temple Banks makes up the second largest accounts pool after the Nimses Treasury. Each individual Temple Bank can be taken by a person of <Human> status according to the established rules of the Stake mechanism. The person in temporary possession of the Temple Bank acquires the most highly-regarded status in Nimses: <Master>.
Each Temple has its own non-emitting system account, which receives contributions of 100 nims per day from each of its Citizens, according to the established rules of regular replenishment. Contributions from Citizens are accumulated in the Temple Bank until the Temple gets an owner. The owner of a Temple Bank is called a Master. Only the owners of at least one <Dominim> or <Infinim> are entitled to become the Temple Master and the owner of its Bank.
The possibility of temporary possession of the Temple Bank is the feature of both dominim and infinim, called the Stake. From the moment mastership of the Temple Bank is acquired, the Master automatically has all the nims accumulated in the Temple Bank sent to their <Nimses ID> and collects all daily contributions from that point forward.
Gaining control over a Temple Bank is one of the most sought-after and important elements of Nimses. The Temple Banks of all the Temples constitute the largest constituent part of the Nimonomy. The temporary, personal acquisition of a Temple Bank makes the Master the owner of the entire incoming stream of nims, which will in turn depend on the population size, prestige and popularity of that particular Temple.
Nimses generates dominims and infinims and introduces the Temple system to promote open access and equal distribution of The Common Good amongst active <Humans>.
Any Temple Bank that does not currently have a Master can be acquired by placing a Stake. A Temple Bank that already has a Master can change hands at any moment if another <Human> places a Stake that is at least one unit larger than the previous one.
3. Major Nimses processes
3.1 Emission
Order of events for how nims are emitted, i.e created:
- <Registration> of a <Nimses ID>
- Creation of one nim on a Nimses ID account for every subsequent minute lived.
- <Verification> of a Nimses ID up to the level of <Human>.
There are three types of accounts in Nimses: emitting, non-emitting and system accounts.
The creation of nims occurs only in emitting accounts that are attached to a Nimses ID, each of which is uniquely associated with a specific person, a rightful member of the Anthroposphere.
One person can ever have only one Nimses ID: one basic, unconditional source of nims.
All other entities and their Nimses accounts can receive, store and transfer nims, but they can never produce them.
3.2 Transactions
Transactions between different <Nimses IDs>, that is, the transfer of nims between accounts, are not subject to any commissions or fees. Any owner of a Nimses ID can initiate a transaction and transfer any or all of the nims that they possess to any other Nimses ID at any given time.
Nimses guarantees fast and reliable transactions of any sum between all parties providing their accounts are in good standing.
The transaction space between Nimses IDs is conventionally called the "social space". Within the social space, transactions are unrestricted and instantaneous when made in compliance with certain rules and access rights, that correspond to different <Identity levels>.
The following daily transaction limits apply within the social space:
A <User> is entitled to transmit no more than 100 nims a day.
A <Human> can initially transmit no more than 500 nims a day.
The more additional evidence the Human provides of their life and uniqueness, the more their daily transaction limit increases, which can range from 500 nims a day to an unlimited number.
3.3 Registration
Registering a new <Nimses ID> in Nimses requires a step-by-step identity verification of each unique person, each living member of the Anthroposphere. The general policy of Nimses encourages extensive mutual cross-identification by peers in order to exclude any duplication.
The goal of this thorough, multi-level registration process is to keep the social space a place of mutual trust, responsibility and security.
Registration requires a mobile phone number and access to a geo-location. Also the system may ask for a passport name, an up-to-date portrait photo, an email address and access to phone contacts.
Any <Human> has the option to hide their geo-position from other users by activating "invisible" mode.
3.4 Verification
The next key step in obtaining a complete <Nimses ID> after <Registration> is Verification, which is an extended procedure with a multi-level confirmation process to verify that the user is a single, unique member of society. This verification ensures there is only one <Nimses ID> per living person.
Each newly created Nimses ID is required to obtain the <Human> level of identity. In order to do this, the Nimses ID must receive at least 6 verifications from already verified users (Humans).
Each verification is a guarantee that the owner of the verified <Nimses ID> is indeed a unique, real, living person who is aware of their own responsibility.
If a counterfeit account is falsely verified, sanctions, including <Fines> and access restriction, inevitably follow. Nimses records the entire history of changes in user’s identity levels in the permanent storage of the <Nimses Blockchain>. This history trail is subject to permanent analysis in order to detect fraudulent activity.
3.5 Contribution
Nimses performs a global regulatory function. The Daily Contribution is one of its fundamental elements.
The Contribution involves a mandatory global daily contribution from each holder of <Nimses ID>. This is essential for ensuring the sustainable operation of the entire system as well as for guaranteeing the environment’s security.
The daily contribution is a fixed amount of nims for each of the Nimses ID identity levels :
<User>: 288 nims per day.
<Human>: 111 nims a day.
A part of the Contribution from each Nimses ID is automatically credited to the <Nimses Treasury> in line with the level of the source identity:
<User>: 188 nims per day.
<Human>: 11 nims a day.
The rest of the Contribution of each Nimses ID goes to the corresponding <Temple Bank> where they have <Citizen> status:
<User>: 100 nims per day.
<Human>: 100 nims a day.
After a fifth day with no outgoing <Transactions> from a Nimses ID, the mandatory daily contribution starts to increase, progressively, on a daily basis as follows:
- Days
- User
- Human
- 6
- 288
- 222
- 7
- 576
- 333
- 8
- 864
- 444
- 9
- 1152
- 555
- 10
- 1152
- 666
- 11
- 1152
- 777
- 12+
- 1152
- 888
A Contribution rate which grows exponentially is credited to the <Nimses Treasury>. The Temple Bank continues to receive the flat rate of 100 nims a day from each "dormant" Nimses ID.
This progressive contribution is designed to:
1) assist in proving the life of an owner of a <Nimses ID>
2) promote compliance with the overall balance of the Nimses system, whereby each person must demonstrate equal respect for the common space of all participants, and where no misuse, including apathy or exploitation, can violate this fair balance.
3.6 Penalization
Nimses describes and presents these internal rules which must be abided by for the coexistence of all participants. Making sure that users of the Nimses universe follow these rules guarantees fair and equitable access to the benefits of Nimses for all users.
Any violation of the rules leads to penalization. This is an immediate consequence of an attempt to harm the system and/or its participants. This strict link between cause and effect is key to achieving integrity and order in society.
In such cases, an indisputable, penalty withdrawal from a <User> or <Human> account can range from 30% to 100% of the current balance. The full sum of the fine goes straight to the <Nimses Treasury>.
The most important law for the development of Nimses is the strict adherence to the basic rule assuring one person only ever has one <Nimses ID>. Nimses constantly performs a thorough and uncompromising search and elimination of all fallout resulting from the violation of this principle. If the presence of duplicate or fake Nimses ID is proven through <Nimses Court> or other mechanics, it leads to their blocking, as well as a complete stoppage of the <Emission> on the detected fraudulent <Nimses ID>.
Persons who intentionally violate the basic principle of "one human = one Nimses ID", inevitably become the objects of the strictest sanctions and restrictions regarding access to Nimses, up to a lifetime Elimination of their account.
3.7 Subscription
To receive convenient media updates, each member of Nimses can subscribe to any <Temple>, as well as to any other owner of a <Nimses ID>.
Upon subscription to a temple or person, an automatic daily outgoing <Transaction> to their account is established.
The subscription price is 1 nim per day. The number of possible subscriptions is limited by the individual’s forecasted income per day.
3.8 Posting
In each <Temple> there is a cost for creating a media post. This sum is stored in the Temple forever as an element of the social memory.
The publication of a post by a user has a set cost in nims. There are two rates for publication:
1) A real-time snapshot or video: 50 nims;
2) The publication of content from the memory of a smartphone: 250 nims.
In the future, costs may vary, depending on newly-adopted Nimses policies or the decisions of a particular Temple.
Nims, paid by the creators of media posts, are credited to <Nimses Treasury> accounts and the specific <Temple Bank> where the post was initiated. The proportion of payment distribution for the cost of creating a post is as follows:
90% of the nims of the post cost goes to the Nimses Treasury,
10% — to the Temple Bank.
3.9 Stakes
Each <Dominim> has strictly 1 Stake; as follows, each <Infinim> has strictly 120 Stakes. Staking a dominim to become a Temple Master does not equate to wasting or losing the dominim forever, but only temporarily attaches this dominim to the chosen <Temple> and rids the user of the possibility of making <Transactions> with that dominim for a period of time.
When a Stake has been made on a <Temple Bank> with a specific dominim, the Stake cannot be revoked, nor the dominim can leave its owner’s <Master> <Nimses ID>. The minimum binding period is 3 months.
If the Master changes, all the dominims that were part of their Stake on this Temple again go to the full disposal of their owner and can be transferred with no limitations.
4. Levels of identity in Nimses
4.1 User
‘User’ is the identity level of a <Nimses ID> which has not yet passed <Verification> after <Registration>.
A User has limited access to Nimses:
1. Daily <Transactional> limit: 100 nims.
2. There is no access to the <Nimses platforms>.
4.2 Human
‘Human’ is the identity level of a <Nimses ID> with six or more <Verifications> from Nimses IDs, who have already reached the level of Human.
The level of Human entitles the owner to:
- Full access to Nimses and all <Nimses platforms>.
- The ability to achieve <Persona>, <Indie>, <Angel>, and <Icon> statuses.
- The right to own dominims and infinims.
The Human level of identity suggests a possible increase of the daily <Transaction> limit from 500 nims a day to an unlimited number.
A Human bears full, personal responsibility for the Verifications awarded on their behalf. Also, a Human is responsible for any content they create or distribute and all of their <Offers> and <Advertisements>. In the case of fraudulent Verification (providing verification to a counterfeit account, thus violating the basic rule for creating unique Nimses IDs), as well as any violations of the rights of other participants by any means, system penalties in the form of <Fines> and restrictions to access of Nimses are likely to be imposed.
5. Statuses in Nimses
5.1 Persona
Persona is a personal recognition status in Nimses. <Persona> status is given to a <Human> who received at least 40 nominations.
5.2 Indie
<Indie> is a personal recognition status in Nimses, following <Persona>. <Indie> status is given to a <Human> who received 500+ nominations.
5.3 Angel
Higher assigned or obtained status in Nimses. Angel is analogous to a “microinfluencer”. This is a user who received 1000+ nominations.
Any Human can be nominated to receive Angel status.
Angel’s status does not depend on the number of nims they have on their balance. Angel status can be personally granted by Nimses Foundation in exceptional cases.
Angel status is immediately revoked in the case of disrespectful, questionable or compromising behavior of the <Human> in spaces related or unrelated to Nimses.
The bearer of the Angel status can be <Fined> for abusing this high status or for discrediting it.
5.4 Icon
Paramount assigned or obtained status in Nimses. Icon is analogous to an “influencer”. This is a chosen <Human> who received 10000+ nominations.
Any Human can be nominated to receive Icon status.
Icon’s status does not depend on the number of nims they have on their balance. Icon status can be personally granted by Nimses Foundation in exceptional cases.
Icon status is immediately revoked in the case of disrespectful, questionable or compromising behavior of the <Human> in spaces related or unrelated to Nimses.
6. Roles within Nimses
6.1 Citizen
The <Temple> has a citizenship feature. Five days after <Registration>, each user in Nimses automatically obtains citizenship in one of the Temples.
The procedure of assigning a Temple to each user is based on determining his/her geolocation and calculating the time spent in this or that Temple for the period established by the system. The holder of a <Nimses ID> gets the status of Citizen in the Temple where he or she spends the most time.
6.2 Resident
Any <Human> can <Subscribe> to any <Temple> and become its Resident after a certain period of time.
The Resident is entitled to participate in the life of the Temple, to contribute content to the internal channels of the Temple, and to participate in certain Temple polls/referenda.
Each Human can only be a <Citizen> of one Temple at a time but can be a Resident of many Temples simultaneously.
Citizenship cannot be chosen, it is determined automatically by geo-statistics. Residency can be chosen independently.
A Human, with a balance of nims below a certain threshold, cannot become a Resident. Anyone who does not have this specific amount on their balance, cannot claim the status of a Resident.
6.3 Master
The Master status is the highest of the self-procured Nimses statuses.
Master status means owning a <Temple Bank> as a direct source of their own income, which makes the Master the recipient of part of the <Contribution> from all <Citizens> of the selected <Temple>, even though the Master is not required to be its Citizen.
Any <Human> who has at least one <Dominim> which has not yet been used to place a <Stake>, that is, not assigned to another <Temple>, can become a Master of an available Temple.
Any <Human> can become a Master of any Temple, if there are enough unused Dominims at their disposal in order to exceed the current number of dominims invested as the Stake in the selected Temple, by at least one.
6.4 Merchant
Every <Human> who authorizes themselves as a participant of <Nimses Goods> and who has created at least one Offer, automatically becomes a Merchant.
Being granted the status of Merchant presumes a high level of accountability for the quality of the goods/services provided to other Nimses users.
In the case of <Proven> fraud or dishonesty on the Merchant’s side, their account may be <Fined> up to 100% of their balance.
A Merchant has a right to offer goods/services of offline and online origins, and, in exchange for those, to receive nims. The nims can be received according to the imposed limits or the lack of such.
6.5 Advertiser
The Advertiser role is given to each <Human> that uses the <Nimses Ads> platform to advertise content to other users.
An Advertiser is fully responsible for the information they provide and pays nims to each Human who receives an advert from them.
Advertiser has the right to deliver their messages to all those who consent to the consumption of this advertising content within the Nimses audience.
7. Nimses platforms
7.1 Nimses Court
The Nimses Court is a system designed to solve complex disputes through both algorithmic and human means. An algorithm chooses appropriate <Humans> to be <Judges> (an analog of a jury) each carrying a quality an algorithm does not possess: common sense.
A "panel" of <Judges> are specifically selected by the system for each case. They then investigate the context and details of the case to establish who was right or wrong, after which either the defendant or the plaintiff pays a specific penalty. The proceeds of the fine is shared between the winner of the case (be it the plaintiff or the defendant), the Judges and the <Nimses Treasury>.
Each case reviewed leaves a score in the Judges profile affecting their rating.
In the case of an appeal, cases may be re-examined by an expanded list of Judges with a higher rating. However, the penalty amount increases. Thus, issues of any complexity can be resolved in a fair and reasonable manner and regulated by the community itself using their own intellect and empathy.
More detailed rules of the Nimses Court concept can be found in the relevant Codex.
7.2 Nimses Ads
Nimses is a space free from unauthorized violations of one’s personal media space.
To make sure that any promotional activities are unintrusive and effective from the Human’s point of view, Nimses provides a tailor-made platform for distributing targeted paid advertising: Nimses Ads.
Each <Nimses ID>, found in a specific <Advertiser’s> targeted group receives a notification/badge indicating the amount of nims they will receive for consenting to view the advertisement.
A Human sees an advertising message only if they explicitly express that they wish to do so, that is, they open the message and receive a specified amount of nims from the Advertiser for this action.
Every second of attention of a Human in Nimses is rated in nims, and the Advertiser is obliged to pay the relevant amount of nims to each owner of a Nimses ID, who has given their attention to the Advertiser’s message.
Detailed rules of the Nimses Ads are presented in the relevant Description.
8. Immutable laws
- Each person only has the right to one <Nimses ID>. One for life.
- Every Nimses ID is entitled to an account which emits nims, such account is associated with a specific Human and it is their right to manage this account after they have been Verified.
- Verification is a process through which a Nimses ID gains the status of a Human thus receiving a full access to Nimses. Verification is complete upon the receipt of a set of six confirmations from people who already have the status of Human.
- Verifying a Nimses ID is a personal responsibility. The verifier is confirming the person’s actual existence and they are complying with clause 1. In the case of an intentional or unintentional violation of this law, the person who provided the false Verification is subject to sanctions and fines.
- Nobody in Nimses has the right to create fake Nimses IDs or simulate a human life. For the creation of or involvement in the creation of fake Nimses IDs, there are strict consequences, including penalties and restricted access to Nimses.
- A Human has the absolute, inalienable right to nims.
- A Human has the right to The Common Good and the possession of any number of honestly acquired nims, dominims, and infinims.
- A Human has the complete freedom to use their own initiative and express their own identity in Nimses. However, a Human is also responsible for their actions and must comply with the environment’s cultural code which has been established for the benefit of all parties.
- A Human takes full personal responsibility for the decency, honesty and efficiency of any commercial services or information that they provide in the Nimses space.
- A Judge has the right to pass judgements assessing whether a Human’s actions in Nimses were acceptable or not.
- A Human has the right to reasonably defend their content and opinion before the Judges.
- A Human must abide by the Nimses rules and comply with all the Basic Laws without exception. Violation of the Laws will result in sanctions, fines and having access to Nimses withdrawn.
