Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers the circumstances under which Ninses Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, representative offices (hereinafter - Nimses Inc.) may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Rules of Use of Nimses Ads (https://nimses.com/en/ads-terms/). By using the Nimses Ads, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use the Nimses Ads.

The two types of refunds that Nimses Inc. provides are for
(1) Single-issue purchases (single advertises or company) and
(2) Recurring Payments.

Refunds are provided in the form of crediting your Account balance with funds that may be used for future purchases of ads and subscriptions. The following is Refund Policy for each type:

Ad ID#;
User ID#;
The reasons why you would like us to consider a refund.

The payment is returned to the same card with which it was made, except in cases of its expiration. In this case, the payment will return after specifying your new card number and confirming your legal possession of it.

In case of a refund, you pay bank fees for crediting money to your account (card).

Nimses Inc. may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site (www.nimses.com), and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to Nimses Inc. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Nimses Ads or of your Account, other services provided by Nimses Inc. after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.
