HOW CAN I GET HUMAN STATUS?
Verification is the process of obtaining HUMAN status. To get the HUMAN status, you need to get 6 verifications from 6 confirmed HUMANs. You can request verification from your profile. When you do this, a list with the contacts you can ask for verification will appear. Don’t worry if there are no confirmed users in your contact list right away; they will appear very soon. As there is a lack of users with HUMAN status currently, they just don't have time to help everyone with verification and so there may not be verified users in your list of contacts. A USER, who turned out not to be a real person, is thrown out of the system and permanently blocked. A HUMAN who gave a false confirmation of identity will be fined and denied the ability of HUMAN status confirmation. The HUMAN status will allow you to access Nimses Goods and Nimses Music.
MY PROFILE WAS BLOCKED
If your profile was blocked, it means that we’ve noticed some prohibited behavior in accordance with our user agreement. The block can be canceled only after individual consideration on a first-come first-served basis, and no sooner than after the full launch of the user verification system. We will announce the application submission date in our social networks and in a blog on our official website. Until the announcement of this date, the support desk won’t be able to answer your questions connected to blocks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DEVICE REQUIREMENTS AND SYSTEM REPORTS
The minimum requirements for Android systems are version 4.4 or later. For iOS - version 9.0 or later. Due to new updates, our application doesn't support devices based on the x86 hardware platform. If you have an Asus ZenFone or Samsung Galaxy Tab3 10.1, you soon won’t be able to use our application. While entering the application, if a “Something Went Wrong” error message occurs, try updating the application in Google Play or the App Store to the latest version. Also, try changing your Internet access point by switching from mobile Internet to Wi-Fi, or vice versa.
CAN’T SEND MESSAGES
If you can’t start chats or send messages to users, try deleting old messages. You may have exceeded the message sending limits that exist at this stage of the application. Yes, there are limits. They will be removed later.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR USING NIMSES?
Nimses never asks you to transfer Nims from your account to any other, or to pass any private information via text message. Nimses does not charge any fees for using your mobile network carrier.
HOW TO WITHDRAW FUNDS
An exchange option will be available no sooner than February 2018.

CAN’T LOG IN
If you don’t receive a text message with a confirmation code, try to restart and/or reinstall the application and restart the phone. This situation can also occur if more than one account was created on one device. If you still haven’t received a text message with the confirmation code, please contact us at: email@example.com.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
We are sorry that you’ve decided to leave. To delete your account, go to your profile settings page and choose the "Delete Account" option. Click "Yes" in the confirmation window. The account will be deleted within seven days, provided that during this period there is no attempt to re-enter the deleted account. If you change your mind, please sign in again and click the "Yes" button in the notification window. We’ll be happy to see you again!
WHO ARE NIMSES ANGELS?
ANGELs are famous people, stars, artists, actors, popular bloggers, and other interesting and wonderful people. An ANGEL is a person who found out about Nimses before others. Before Nimses, the life of the ANGEL was already followed by many people. In Nimses, ANGELs stand out by Nimbs of different colors. You can only become an ANGEL if you receive an invitation directly from Nimses. You can easily find an ANGEL on the main screen by their colored Nimb. On the SIDEWALK screen, an ANGEL’s posts are also marked with a colored stripe and an inscription stating "This is an Angel’s post." For the time being, you can only become an ANGEL if you receive an invitation directly from Nimses. Please don’t send us requests for making you an ANGEL. If you are truly an ANGEL, we will find and contact you for ourselves.
NIMSES OFFICIAL SERVICE MESSAGES
Official messages from Nimses always appear at the top of the chat list, above all other messages, and always on a black background. All other messages, even if they contain the word Nimses in the title, are NOT OFFICIAL. Please note that Nimses never asks you to transfer Nims from your account to any other, or to provide any private information via text message.
